The Rescue Ring is a device used by a person not in distress to
assist a person who is in the water and cannot return to
shore or watercraft. This device is meant to be used only in
case of emergency and not for normal everyday use. Not to
be used as a personal flotation device.

Coast Guard safety rope requirements.
• Easy to throw and re-wrap the rope, eliminating
